Pine Springs Estates will be a private neighborhood developed according to the City of Tyler’s subdivision rules and regulations. Our streets will be curbed and guttered and will have underground utilities, sidewalks, and cable TV installed. Homes to the left are 2,200 - 2,500 square ft.

Golf Course Rental

 

Our golf course will be available for rent for a complete day or for a half day. Have your own 18 hole golf course for your company or private tournament.  You may bring or cater your own food if you wish or we can provide a buffet and/or provide our grill for short orders.  Please be prepared to furnish us with the following information: Tell us the date you wish to reserve our golf course. 

Weekday rates are Monday through Thursday and weekend rates are Friday through Sunday and Holidays. Contact us at 903-526-4653 in order to get a price quote for the date of your event.
